Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Association for Manitoba Archives will be held on the 21st day of November 2024 at 7 p.m. for the purpose of:

•   receiving and considering the reports of the Board of Directors
• election of Directors
• appointment of auditors
•  transaction of such further business as may properly come before the meeting 

This will be a virtual meeting held via Zoom.

An invitation and Zoom link will be sent in advance of the meeting to the email address of those who have registered.

Members who are unable to attend the meeting in person are requested to sign the enclosed proxy and return it to the AMA at the address below or by email prior to November 19, 2024. If present at the meeting, the proxies will become void and members may vote personally on all matters brought before the meeting.
