NOTICE OF
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Association for Manitoba Archives will be held at 424 - 100 Arthur Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, on Thursday the 11th day of October 2018 at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of:
· receiving and considering the reports of the Board of Directors
· election of Directors
· appointment of auditors
· transaction of such further business as may properly come before the
meeting
Members who are unable to attend the meeting in person must request a Proxy from the AMA office fill it out and return it to the address below prior to 9th October 2018. If present in person at the meeting, the proxies will become void and members may vote personally on all matters brought before the meeting.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANYONE FROM OUTSIDE THE CITY OF WINNIPEG WISHING TO ATTEND THE AGM IS WELCOME TO APPLY IN WRITING FOR A SMALL ($25) TRAVEL BURSARY TO OFFSET THE COST OF FUEL.
