Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Association for Manitoba Archives will be held at the University of Manitoba Archives & Special Collections in the Elizabeth Dafoe Library of the University of Manitoba on Thursday the 27th day of November 2014 at 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of:
- receiving and considering the reports of the Board of Directors
- election of Directors
- appointment of auditors
- transaction of such further business as may properly come before the meeting
Members who are unable to attend the meeting in person are requested to sign the enclosed proxy and return it to the AMA at the address below prior to 24 November 2014. If present in person at the meeting, the proxies will become void and members may vote personally on all matters brought before the meeting.
